Black and white enhances the detail of the rustic texture. Narrow DOF, high angle focus on the draws background blurred.

Black and white enhances the details. Wide DOF, high angle focus point mid ground, all in focus.

Wide DOF, high angle focus point back ground, all in focus.  The blue and white chairs complement at the messy building site. Positive space used with the reflection in the dirty and broken windows.

 F2.8 1/80 ISO400 EF24-70mm@24mm

Very overexposed needed to bring the ISO down and up the f-stop.
